How do you differ from a
typical temporary help supply agency?
We specialize in "high end", technical personnel. Our personnel
database consists of hundreds of highly experienced engineers and
technicians, each with specific expertise in their fields.
What Insurance coverage
do you carry for your employees?
Keystone Technical Associates carries General Liability, and Workers
Comp Insurances.
Do you carry Medical
Insurance?
We
carry a group medical "Cafeteria" plan which is available to our
employees on a voluntary basis. The premiums are paid with
pre-tax dollars, and are the employees' responsibility.
How many employees do you
have?
We have a permanent staff of 2 people, and active associates typically
in the range of 20 to 30 people working at customer sites.
How do you select a
person to meet a client's needs?
1. Our clients provide a description of their needs.
2. We match our specialists to the client's needs.
3. An interview is arranged.
4. A contractual agreement is reached with the client.
Do you provide a "temp to
perm" service?
Yes. The client chooses when to hire the person on a full time
basis. There is no fee to the client associated with this service.
How do you invoice
clients?
We normally invoice clients on a weekly basis. Other invoicing
arrangements are negotiable.
What payroll expenses
will I incur if I contract for your services?
There are no payroll expenses to the client. Keystone Technical pays
all employer taxes such as Social Security, Medicare, PA and Federal
Unemployment and PA Help Services (where applicable).
